Tree Health Pilot: improvements and progress on the ash dieback offer

The Tree Health Pilot tests different ways of slowing the spread of tree pests and diseases as well as building the resilience of trees across England. In this post, I’ll update you on the work to improve the Pilot’s ash dieback grant offer. Changes have been made to eligibility, guidance and the application process.

These grants, of between £1,000 and £25,000, go towards the cost of items from a list which are designed to improve the health and welfare of your livestock. New round of Farming Equipment and Technology Fund grants opening soon

The Farming Equipment and Technology Fund  is part of the Farming Investment Fund. It offers grants for specific items of equipment to increase productivity, boost environmental sustainability and improve animal health and welfare. Today, we published the full list of items available through the fund. In this post, I’ll explain what is available, when you can apply for a grant and provide links for you to find out more.

A fortnight ago, we made full guidance for the new Slurry Infrastructure grant available on GOV.UK.  I said I’d blog again when it was time to apply. I’m pleased to say that the first round is now open for applications and it will stay open until 31 January 2023.
