Publishing the Agricultural Transition Plan

Today the government publishes the Agricultural Transition Plan (ATP). It represents the biggest shift in farm policy for 50 years.
Janet Hughes was the Programme Director for the Farming and Countryside Programme (FCP) between 2020 and 2025.
Janet is now Director General of Civil Service Reform and Efficiency in the Cabinet Office.
