Through our new environmental land management schemes, we will pay farmers and land managers to enhance the natural environment alongside food production. In this post, I'll share more information about how we expect Local Nature Recovery to work.
Ellen is Head of Policy Development within the Future Farming and Countryside Programme, working particularly on the development of the new Local Nature Recovery scheme (one of three new environmental land management schemes).
Her team also covers spatial targeting for the schemes, and development of a new facilitation offer.
