Angela Drummond is the Head of Business Design in the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). Her team is part of the Business Transformation Directorate.
Angela is responsible for delivering the changes and improvements to services and systems to support our customers as part of the Agricultural Transition for the Future Farming Countryside Programme.
Angela leads a team of analysts and designers who develop and deliver digital, system and process changes.
Countryside Stewardship is a scheme that pays farmers, woodland owners and land managers to look after and improve the environment. In this post, I’ll share some changes we made to the running of the scheme.
