Jeeves Sidhu is a Stakeholder Engagement Manager in the Future Farming and Countryside Programme’s Communications and Engagement Team.
Jeeves and his team are responsible for making sure people receive the updates and information they need during the agricultural transition.
The team is also responsible for ensuring stakeholders and users can express their views and influence the programme’s policies and schemes.
In addition to this, they coordinate engagement with stakeholders and users both virtually and physically, for example at agricultural shows.
We went to these shows intending to talk about the changes coming in the farming sector, but just as importantly, to listen to concerns and learn from different experiences. Some themes emerged from the conversations we had. This post is about what we heard, and how we're responding.
